Ingredients:
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons dry minced onion
1 tablespoon beef bouillon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 bay leaf
Directions:
Thaw your Rocky Roast Farms Roast completely in your refrigerator
Remove vaccum seal packaging
Pay dry with a paper towel
Sear your roast on all sides in a tablespoon of olive oil
Place the roast in the slow cooker with all of the ingredients
Cook the roast on low for 7 hours. Remove roast when tender
Simmer remaining sauce in sauce pan 20 minutes or until thick
In the meantime, shred beef and place in slow cooker. Add desired amount of sauce and serve
