Greg and Nikki Stephens own Rocky River Farms outside of Wesley Chapel North Carolina. We began our farm journey in 2015 as we sold our business and home in Charlotte looking for a different lifestyle. As both of us came with family in dairy and beef cattle farming, a rural lifestyle seemed to be the right place to begin the new chapter of our lives. We located and started restoring a rundown chicken farm in Union County between Wesley Chapel and Monroe. We added beef cattle, chickens, pigs, ducks, and rabbits to the farm to provide farm fresh products that are wholesome and taste good.

With a passion to produce the finest beef available, we have worked to perfect and deliver a top quality, tender, mouth watering cut of meat. Our beef has no added growth hormones or antibiotics. We pasture raise our grassfed cows and allow them a special diet of protein mix. This mix assists with their digestive system and helps with the marbling and tenderness of the meat. They are then harvested at a USDA facility and allowed to dry age for 21 to 28 days before being packaged for you, our customers. We also offer our clients pastured pork, and cage-free chicken eggs.

Our animals are cared for with the highest of standards. We are recognized and awarded an AWA (Animal Welfare Association) and Greener World certificates as an outstanding and caring farm.
